4000 liter per hour bottled water filling line machine and raw materials shipped to DRC
4,000 Liter Per Hour Bottled Water Filling Line Machine and Raw Materials Shipped to DRC
A comprehensive 4,000 liter per hour (LPH) bottled water filling line, together with a full consignment of essential raw materials including PET preforms, PE caps, and PE shrink film, has been successfully dispatched from our manufacturing hub and is now en route to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This landmark shipment underscores our dedication to supporting the African continent's rapidly expanding packaged water sector by providing both turnkey machinery and the consumables required for immediate production startup.
The entire order—comprising six advanced machines and multiple pallets of packaging materials—was consolidated and loaded into 2 40HQ containers, optimizing logistics efficiency and reducing overall freight costs for our customer. Every piece of equipment underwent rigorous factory acceptance testing before packing, ensuring seamless integration upon arrival in Kinshasa.
1. 3 Tons Per Hour Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System
The production line begins with a high-capacity 3 tons per hour reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system, designed to handle challenging raw water sources commonly found in Central Africa. This industrial-grade purification skid delivers a continuous supply of high-purity water suitable for bottling.
2. Fully Automatic Blow Molding Machine
To enable self-sufficient bottle production, the line includes a fully automatic blow molding machine capable of producing PET bottles directly from preforms. Unlike semi-automatic models, this unit features an automated preform sorting, feeding, and conveying system, drastically reducing labor requirements and increasing throughput.
3. CGF14-12-5 Model Three-in-One Rinsing, Filling, and Capping Machine
The heart of the filling line is the CGF14-12-5 three-in-one rinsing, filling, and capping machine. This high-performance integrated unit is engineered for 4,000 BPH capacity (maximum 5000 BPH for 500ml bottles), making it ideal for medium-scale commercial operations.
4. Laser Coding Machine
For permanent, high-quality date and batch coding, the line is equipped with a laser coding machine. This fiber or CO2 laser system marks directly onto PET bottle caps or labels without the need for inks, solvents, or consumables.
5. Fully Automatic PVC Sleeve Labeling Machine
To enhance brand presentation and comply with local labeling regulations, the line includes a fully automatic PVC sleeve labeling machine. This unit applies heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves around the bottle body at high speed.
6. Fully Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machine
Completing the packaging line is a fully automatic stretch wrapping machine (pallet packer). This unit automatically wraps finished pallets of bottled water with PE stretch film, securing the load for warehousing and long-distance transport across the DRC.
Raw Materials Supplied
Recognizing that access to quality packaging materials can be challenging in remote regions, we have also supplied a substantial quantity of raw materials alongside the machinery:
PET Preforms: Food-grade PET preforms in standard 28mm neck finish, suitable for 500ml and 1.5L bottle production. Each preform is manufactured under strict quality control to ensure consistent weight and crystallinity.
PE Caps: 28mm screw-type polyethylene caps with inner liner for leak-proof sealing. Caps are supplied in bulk bags ready for use in the capping machine.
PE Shrink Film: High-clarity polyethylene shrink film rolls for the automatic stretch wrapper, providing excellent puncture resistance and load stability.
We are honored to partner with our customer in the DRC and look forward to seeing this line commence commercial production in the coming weeks.
