One 40HQ Container Loaded with a Complete 2,000 BPH Bottled Water Production Line Successfully Shipped to Tonga
In a significant milestone for the South Pacific island nation’s growing beverage industry, a full 40-foot high-cube (40HQ) container carrying a state-of-the-art 2,000 bottles per hour (BPH) bottled water production line has been successfully dispatched from our manufacturing facility and is now en route to the Kingdom of Tonga. This turnkey solution marks another successful export of integrated liquid packaging technology to the Oceania region, reinforcing our commitment to delivering reliable, compact, and high-efficiency water treatment and bottling systems to emerging markets worldwide.
The entire production line has been meticulously engineered, factory-tested, and carefully packed into a single 40HQ container to optimize shipping costs and simplify on-site installation. It comprises five core machines designed to work in perfect synchronization, covering every stage from raw water purification to final film-wrapped pallet-ready products.
1. 1 Ton Per Hour Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System
At the heart of the production line lies a robust 1 ton per hour reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system. This pre-treatment and RO skid is the critical first step, ensuring that local water sources—whether municipal supply or well water—are purified to meet stringent international drinking water standards.
The system includes multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, water softening, and precision cartridge filtration as pretreatment stages, followed by a high-pressure RO membrane unit. With a desalination rate exceeding 99%, it effectively removes dissolved solids, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and organic contaminants. The system is equipped with an automatic backwash function, a chemical dosing pump for anti-scalant injection, and a stainless steel high-pressure pump. A conductivity meter provides real-time monitoring of permeate quality, ensuring consistent output water with a conductivity typically below 10 µS/cm. This guarantees that the water entering the filling machine is not only safe but also tastes clean and fresh.
2. CGF8-8-3 Model Three-in-One Rinsing, Filling, and Capping Machine
The centerpiece of the bottling line is the CGF8-8-3 model three-in-one rinsing, filling, and capping machine. This integrated unit combines three essential functions into one compact, servo-driven system, dramatically reducing floor space requirements and simplifying the transfer of containers between stations.
With a rated capacity of 2,000 BPH (for 500ml standard bottles), the CGF8-8-3 is ideal for small to medium-scale production. All contact parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the PLC-controlled system allows operators to easily adjust filling volume and speed. An integrated safety guard ensures operator protection during high-speed rotation.
3. Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Machine
To provide complete self-sufficiency in bottle production, the line includes a semi-automatic blow molding machine. This equipment allows the customer to produce their own PET bottles from preforms, eliminating dependency on external bottle suppliers and significantly reducing logistics costs.
4. Steam Shrink Tunneling Machine
Once the bottles are filled, capped, and labeled, they proceed to the steam shrink tunneling machine. This unit applies heat-shrinkable sleeves or tamper-evident bands around the bottle necks or bodies.
5. Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machine
The final piece of equipment in the line is the semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine, also known as a film wrapper or pallet packer. After bottles are manually arranged on a pallet, this machine automatically wraps the entire stack with LLDPE stretch film to secure the load for storage and transportation.
To ensure the client can begin production as soon as the machinery arrives, we also supplied the necessary raw materials, including preforms, caps, labels, and film.
